This role involves underwriting, analyzing, and executing real estate acquisitions, as well as supporting deal sourcing and the closing of transactions. The position is ideal for a professional with 3–6+ years of real estate investment experience looking to take on direct responsibility for deal analysis and execution.
Ensures that the financial statements for their portfolio are completed timely and accurately, including a detailed review of monthly financial statements and the general ledger, along with reviewing daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies. Additionally, assists the Property Management teams with the completion of Annual Budgets and Operating Expense Reconciliations.
